I am not this Body - Easy to say…

I am not this Body

The body is a machine, like a motor car is a machine. I am within this body as the driver is within the motor car.

Now the motor car has many needs. It needs gas, it needs oil, it needs to have it’s tires pumped up and so on. But if one forgets the driver in the car and simply concentrates on the machine and the needs of the machine the driver will not be satisfied.

He will be sitting in the car starving. Because the food of the driver is different from the food of the car. You can not feed the driver gas. His food is different.

So we are the driver of this body. This body has so many needs, but these bodily needs are different from our needs, we are the driver of the body, the soul within the body, “the ghost in the machine…”

So our idea is to satisfy the bodily needs only as much as necessary to maintain the body in a healthy condition and spend the rest of our time and energy in spiritual activities which help us to reawaken our original spiritual consciousness, these are our real needs, the needs of the soul.

It is not that we do not eat, or sleep, or have sex or defend, but these things are done in a regulated way to maintain the body in a healthy condition. But as the motor car is simply a vehicle which is meant to transport the driver to his destination, we see this material body as a vehicle which can be used to transport the driver–the soul–to his ultimate destination: back home, back to Godhead.

If we spend all our time trying to satisfy the senses of our body we will waste all our time and energy in this way and become completely distracted from the real purpose of life which is to get out of this material world and get back home to the spiritual world where we will get an eternally youthful spiritual body full of knowledge and full of pleasure… Then we will really be happy…

Please let me know what you think.

Chant Hare Krishna and be happy!

Tantra & Erotic Sculpture

To varying degrees Tantra touched virtually all of Indian culture, especially art, architecture, and literature. Tantra found an expression in the sensual sculpture of the Indian temples, which envisions the coupling of the male and the female as union with the divine and the total release of the soul in the godhead. The erotic is but a means to the eternal Brahman.

Another theory for erotic sculpture around the temple walls is that it is also a test for the devotee to see whether he has purged his mind of all sensual and worldly thoughts before he enters the temple.

TANTRIC YOGA

It is a known fact that yoga, generalized art development practices is, in some respects a person's existence. This can include physical well-being, spiritual or mental capabilities, or to spiritual perfection. The difference between the shapes, yoga, and practiced every other way, not so much as the format, but the source that you are trying to change or improve. Some yoga methods for spiritual reasons, some physical and mental. However, some methods are actually meant for more than one of these aspects, some of the wood. Various Yoga techniques are truly endless. However, it is one of the forms that are most likely to require more than the other. Also the most expensive and desirable, this technique is very difficult to master. This particular format is called Tantric Yoga.

Some early documents actually keep track of Tantric Yoga practice as far back as the time of the Indus Valley civilization. This age was synonymous with the early Egyptian dynasty. There has been progress over the centuries, accidents, which seems to happen most traditional art practices and the true meaning behind the concept of yoga. To say that the Tantric Yoga is not what it used to be very, very insufficient.

If a studied art in depth, with a focus on original archaeological find documents, he or she Tantric Yoga is higher than most other types of yoga. The focus is on a large scale so massive possible format, it trumps all other forms of target points.

Although actually makes the goal of this age old art in words is difficult, it may be possible to collect the best "ways and means for all types of conflict from two points of view in all scales of resolution." Non-technical language, the goal is to destroy any non-duality, it would be the focal point for inner psyche, wife and husband, or even a mother and child.
If it is a difficult concept to really understand, you can make it easier to see how we phrase things. One aspect is a man with a wife and two children. Searched for "training, Tantric Yoga, if completed, this group of people" family ". You'll start to see the overall picture here? Rather than individuals (plural) live together, you (singular) family. There is more than one production process.

In fact, imagine objective this practice outside the family, we need to look at the duality of the modern world as it is the place to be. Today's training is individuality. "Be yourself." "I believe in me." You get the point. These days, it's about three people, me, myself and I.

Maybe, if we really can bet Tantric teachings, can we be a family, one company, one people, one nation, one of the continent, and Yes, even in the world.  .

What is TANTRA MEDITATION ?

To understand tantra meditation, you need to be aware of three main ingredients for consideration:  Mantra, Meditation and full body cosmic orgasms.  Mistakenly, many people are under the misconception that deliberation in tantra meditation involves performing a sexual act, but this is usually not the case.

Spend a moment of reflection about what you were thinking last time you had an orgasm.  The answer will always be nothing, because while your body is experiencing brief and fleeting ecstasy, there is no room in your mind for other thoughts.  This is the energy of tantra, where you feel only the flow of God's energy flooding your body without worry or contemplation over any matters.  Tantra masters believe this is a feeling that can be experienced all day, every day once the energy of the kundalini is unblocked and unlocked.

The kundalini is visualized as a snake like coil of pure energy that resides at the base of the spine, and is referred to as a serpent.  It is thought by many that unlocking this tightly coiled energy can lead to certain negative experiences also, so it is a good idea to take this into consideration before you rush into any tantra meditation.  The idea is to move this energy up through the spine and all the levels of the chakras so it can unite and join with the crown chakra.  In tantra meditation, couples can remain fully clothed or undress as they concentrate their awareness on the energy rising in their bodies during rumination sessions.
Tantra meditation techniques are designed to encourage and speed up the process of connecting the kundalini from top to bottom.  Through the use of breath work, visualizations, mantras, music and sacred geometry the energy and effectiveness is amplified.  It is also believed that performing group tantra meditation sessions increases the effectiveness, as everyone's energy works together as a reflection to unlock the kundalini for the whole group.

Orgasm is not simply a pleasurable, physical sensation felt by the body, and with training and practice, as well as knowledge of tantra philosophies, you can experience mind, body and spirit explosions.  Imagine you see someone you find very attractive and with little thought you strike up a conversation with them.  As you stand near them, you feel your energy of arousal beginning to awaken:  In tantra, this is thought to be due to the reflection they are offering you of your own inner beauty.  This energy that has been stimulated does not need to find sexual release, but is often associated with sex.  With the right tantra meditation techniques, you can harvest this energy, creating a complete circuit of connectedness in your own body, experiencing a higher level in every moment of your life.  Finding a sexual release for the energy will alternately leave you tired and wanting to sleep rather than go out and change the world.

By learning to connect, contain and harvest the energy of the kundalini through tantra meditation, you can access more personal power to apply in all areas of your lives.  Those who suffer with addictions of the sexual nature often have excess, high sexual energy, and directed in the right way have the potential to be very powerful beings.  Instead of being lost amongst the masses searching for something but never finding the true feeling of satisfaction and empowerment, join a reputable tantra meditation course and you will change and improve your life both sexually and otherwise.

WHAT IS TANTRIC INTEGRATION ?

All Life is energy and, as such, it moves. We function as a system but the system has more than one part. In fact, science is discovering that we are much more complex than was originally thought.

We are not just the physical body. More and more we hear phrases such as the emotional body, mental body, etheric body and the celestial body. While these have a connection with and an overlapping of the physical body, they are separate and distinct. We are greater than the sum of our parts.

Our understanding of Life, Consciousness and Being as "humans" is a constantly growing and evolving science. In the west we have inherited a very European view from the middle ages that views the body as a machine and nothing more. Other cultures speak of energetic bodies, auric bodies, chakra systems, etc.--all of which make up ourselves.

By working with the individual chakra centers, we balance and intensify our connection with our 5 senses. Our senses are a multi-tasking organism that filters and identifies the competing energies that come into contact with our body. By working with our senses, we become more sensitive and better able to work on a conscious, multifaceted or multidimensional level.

Many people equate tantra with sex or sexuality. And this is true, as sex or sexuality involves the senses. With practice of the Tantric science, we are able to become multi orgasmic or experience "whole body" orgasms.

WHAT IS TANTRIC LOVE ?

People who are not familiar with the practices of Tantric Yoga tend to think of it as a means of achieving extreme sexual gratification with a purely physical motivation. Tantra is not about wild orgies and sexual promiscuity. Tantric love is not pornographic or debasing- it is uplifting and life affirming.

Tantra is all about Spirituality and Love. With sexual energy being the most powerful Life Force, it is the energy that can best lead us to higher consciousness and spiritual awareness. Practicing Tantric Yoga teaches us how to harness that super powerful energy to help us achieve a deeply spiritual union with our partners and with the Universe.

Tantric Yoga helps in spiritual development because it provides a way to transform sexual energy into other energies to open up the chakras. Opening up the chakras promotes physical and spiritual health, and it helps us become more enlightened and blissful. It provides a Gateway to the Sacred and Divine. It puts us in touch with who we really are!

Through breathing techniques and body positioning while making love, a couple can transcend the physical world and unite with one another in the metaphysical, spiritual world. This is achieved by the couple uniting their respective masculine and feminine energies and becoming One with the Universe.

TANTRA For COUPLES RELATIONSHIPS

We all know that the simple process of inhalation and exhalation is the very basis of our physical lives. Without this process, life is considered to have left the body. Most of the time, we are completely unaware of it. However, most people are also unaware of how the manner in which we breathe affects our mental and emotional state, as well.

In tantra breathing, we bring the normally unconscious process of breathing from the unknown into the known. We become aware of it, and learn to appreciate how this simple yet vital process affects us.  It is only when we become aware of how we breathe that we can understand just how many of our physical, mental and emotional processes are dictated by it.
Did you know that the way in which we breathe actually affects our sex life? Yes, it’s true. In fact, in learning the mysteries of tantra breath control and awareness-based respiration, you are getting closer and closer to mental, emotional and sexual mastery.

You may have heard of the time-honored ‘sexual aid’ known as the metronome. This simple instrument, which produces a steady, metered sound, has been used for centuries to ‘time’ the strokes in sexual intercourse. In tantra breathing, we use our breath in a similar way – to slow down the entire process and take control of the orgasmic reflex. It is also an important component of all tantra yoga exercises.

How will your sex life benefit from learning this science? The woman will begin to experience deeper, longer orgasms and also attain complete mastery over her natural prerogative of being multi-orgasmic. Likewise, a man who is trained in tantra breathing will never be plagued by premature ejaculation again. He will also be able to prolong the entire episode of sexual intimacy for indefinite periods.

WHAT is TANTRIC SEX ?

Sex in a tantric relationship is based on the concept of worship – and not just any kind of worship. If you watch how a traditional Hindu in India performs his acts of worship, you will understand. There are acts of purification. There are temporary periods of abstinence – from work, from food and from sex.

There is single-minded devotion to the deity. There are rituals to help the worshiper to stay focused, and his or her soul is shaped from a rough stone into a beautiful diamond in the process. And through it all, great discipline and self-control are key factors.

In a tantric relationship, we leave our animal nature and instincts behind. There is no unrestrained indulgence in sexual pleasures – rather, tantric sex is an act of worship, of devotion to one’s mate. It is not about you – it is about him or her. And in this selfless giving pleasure as an act of worship, you yourself are filled with sublime joy and rewarded with the highest form of spiritual as well as erotic experience.

However, it is not easy to reach a state in which you can give and receive in such a worshipful manner. The human being is, by nature, untrained and self-seeking. Imagine a situation wherein you are ready to pleasure your intimate partner and suddenly lose all interest in anything but your own gratification.
It is all over in a couple of minutes; you yourself feel the incompleteness of the act, but your partner has been completely short-changed. He or she feels used – perhaps even abused.

TANTRA: the zero point energy theory

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel or vortex. According to Eastern Mystical tradition, every person has seven chakras – centers of energy spinning like wheels, enabling pure life force to be absorbed. The chakras are along the central channel that runs vertically up the body from the coccyx to the top of the head. These seven chakras hold the secret of how to attain awakened consciousness or spiritual liberation.

THE MAHAMUDRA
The seeker of truth aspires to move on an inner journey through his or her chakra system, clearing energy stagnation and opening each center to each center to its refined potential. Once this has been achieved in all seven chakras, the seven different frequencies of energy from the chakras merge, in the same way that the seven colors of light from the spectrum merge to create white light. This merging of the chakra energies leads to a state of consciousness called “enlightenment”, or Mahamudra. The human being no longer relates to the world through a fragmented energetic system, but experiences the world through a sense of being one with all that is.

THE ZERO POINT ENERGY THEORY
In quantum physics theory, there is a dimension of energy that travels faster than the speed of light and has no frequency. Formless, yet holding the potential for all form, it is known as “zero point energy“. From that dimension there is a step-down process into our world of matter and form. Pure life force energy (or Tachyon), which is linked to zero point energy, interfaces with matter by suffusing the subtle organizing energy field, or orbit, that exists around each particle of matter. A particle of matter infused with life force energy is able to expand into its potential of form.

TACHYON

Thus cosmic energy continuously forms and interacts with the whole of the material world. Another way of viewing this is to think of zero point energy as spirit, life of energy (Tachyon) as the messenger of spirit, and the subtle organizing energy field around each life form as the soul of matter.
Each chakra has a particular energy frequency and relates to the organs in the body that resonate with that frequency. These organs absorb and distill this energy, and then radiate it out as a particular quality. Depending on the consciousness of the individual, what is radiated out is either in tune with that person’s highest potential, or with energies that have yet to be purified in the alchemy of life.

WHAT IS STAGNATION?
Stagnation in a chakra is always associated with incomplete life experiences. Expression gets stuck in one way or another, and this leads to a blockage in the energy flow. There are many ways to open a flow in the chakra system, such as breath sessions, chakra massage, crystal healing, using Tachyonized products, Tantra meditation, and sessions using imagery and dialoguing.

WHAT IS TANTRA ?

Tantra has been one of the most neglected branches of Indian spiritual studies despite the considerable number of texts devoted to this practice, which dates back to the 5th-9th century AD.

Many people still consider tantra to be full of obscenities and unfit for people of good taste. It is also often accused of being a kind of black magic. However, in reality, tantra is one of the most important Indian traditions, representing the practical aspect of the Vedic tradition.

The religious attitude of the tantriks is fundamentally the same as that of the Vedic followers. It is believed that the tantra tradition is a part of the main Vedic tree. The more vigorous aspects of Vedic religion were continued and developed in the tantras. Generally tantriks worship either Goddess Shakti or Lord Shiva.

The Meaning of "Tantra"

The word "tantra" is derived from the combination of two words "tattva" and "mantra". "Tattva" means the science of cosmic principles, while "mantra" refers to the science of mystic sound and vibrations. Tantra therefore is the application of cosmic sciences with a view to attain spiritual ascendancy. In another sense, tantra also means the scripture by which the light of knowledge is spread: Tanyate vistaryate jnanam anemna iti tantram.

There are essentially two schools of Indian scriptures - "Agama" and "Nigama". Agamas are those which are revelations while Nigama are the traditions. Tantra is an Agama and hence it is called "srutishakhavisesah", which means it is a branch of the Vedas.

Tantric Scriptures

The main deities worshipped are Shiva and Shakti. In tantra there is a great significance of "bali" or animal sacrifices. The most vigorous aspects of Vedic traditions evolved as an esoteric system of knowledge in the Tantras. The Atharva Veda is considered to be one of the prime tantrik scriptures.

Types & Terminology

There are 18 "Agamas", which are also referred to as Shiva tantras, and they are ritualistic in character. There are three distinct tantrik traditions - Dakshina, Vama and Madhyama. They represent the three "shaktis" or powers of Shiva and are characterised by the three "gunas" or qualities - "sattva", "rajas" and "tamas". The Dakshina tradition, characterised by the "sattva" branch of tantra is essentially for good purpose. The Madhyama, characterised by "rajas" is of mixed nature, while the Vama, characterised by "tamas" is the most impure form of tantra.

Rustic Tantriks

In Indian villages, tantriks are still not quite hard to find. Many of them help the villagers solve their problems. Every person who has lived in the villages or has spent his childhood there, has a story to tell. What is so easily believed in the villages might appear illogical and unscientific to the rational urban mind, but these phenomena are realities of life.

Desire for Worldly Pleasures

Tantra is different from other traditions because it takes the whole person, and his/her worldly desires into account. Other spiritual traditions ordinarily teach that desire for material pleasures and spiritual aspirations are mutually exclusive, setting the stage for an endless internal struggle. Although most people are drawn into spiritual beliefs and practices, they have a natural urge to fulfill their desires. With no way to reconcile these two impulses, they fall prey to guilt and self-condemnation or become hypocritical. Tantra offers an alternative path.

The Tantrik Approach To Life

The tantrik approach to life avoids this pitfall. Tantra itself means "to weave, to expand, and to spread", and according to tantrik masters, the fabric of life can provide true and ever-lasting fulfillment only when all the threads are woven according to the pattern designated by nature. When we are born, life naturally forms itself around that pattern. But as we grow, our ignorance, desire, attachment, fear, and false images of others and ourselves tangle and tear the threads, disfiguring the fabric. Tantra "sadhana" or practice reweaves the fabric, and restores the original pattern. This path is systematic and comprehensive. The profound science and practices pertaining to hatha yoga, pranayama, mudras, rituals, kundalini yoga, nada yoga, mantra, mandala, visualization of dieties, alchemy, ayurveda, astrology, and hundreds of esoteric practices for generating worldly and spiritual prosperity blend perfectly in the tantrik disciplines.
